Long lasting relationships with stakeholders are crucial to RMS, stakeholders take the form of different people even communities involved at different levels of a project but are crucial to it at the stage that they are part of.
By ensuring that stakeholders are effectively involved in planning activities RMS is able to drive the best possible outcome for a project.
